COT’s internal Venture Capital (VC) arm serves as a growth engine for the ecosystem, enabling it to identify, fund, and accelerate high-potential RWA and RWB projects. The VC initiative is deeply integrated into the COT Launchpad framework and supports strategic expansion by investing in startups and SMEs aligned with the RWB tokenization mission.

Through the VC program, project teams can:

• Apply for direct equity-based or token-based funding from COT VC

• Access advisory services for legal structuring, auditing, and tokenomics design

• Receive incubation support including branding, smart contract deployment, and liquidity planning

• Explore pathways to external funding via innovation grants or government programs

COT VC will focus on nurturing collaborations between compliant Web2 businesses and scalable Web3 solutions. All funded projects must undergo audit validation and provide tangible RWA or RWB backing. The initiative prioritizes use-case readiness, cross-sector integration, and long-term economic contribution to the tokenized ecosystem.

Ultimately, COT VC is designed to serve as a catalyst—not just for capital—but for onboarding trustworthy, real-value projects that reinforce COT’s credibility, compliance, and leadership in digital asset infrastructure.
